Free AVG vs Free-AV

I know about the free version of AVG and have been using it for some time now. But I read on CNET that Free-AV by AVIRA was their most recommended antivirus. Anyone have experience with this and what are the recommendations?

i ran it on a clients machine because the AVG wouldn't load .but it seem about the same as AVG to me . but that machine had some problems and need a reformat that the client couldn't do to they didn't know were the main program they use originals disks were :( there still trying to find them so i can do a total system restore .
the Last time I was Talking to myself . I got into such a heated argument . that is why I swore I never talk to that guy again. you know what it worked now no buddy talking to me. :help
