Hi everyone. I used to own a Audigy MP3 and the software came with a "Volume Control" replacement that automatically mixed all my audio to come out surround sound. I no longer have that card but i'd like to get a similar program.
What's the type of program i'm looking for? Any recommendations (freeware if possible)?
Im looking for a Sound Program...What am i looking for?

That was a feature of the sound car itself, not the program. The program just gave you access to the settings for the hardware.
Almost any decent onboard sound card does some kind of environmental audio. There's usually a taskbar app that controls that. Go to your mobo manufacturer's website and download the full audio driver and it should include one. Alternately you could go to the sound chip manufacturer's website.
Me personally, I never install that stuff. I don't need environmental audio on my PC.
