today they (comcast )finely go up on the pole to check the wires out .and they found someone put a spliter on my line and it was loose and shorting out my systems internet ! there shouldn't of been a splitter there in the first place !
the Last time I was Talking to myself . I got into such a heated argument . that is why I swore I never talk to that guy again. you know what it worked now no buddy talking to me. :help

Could have been from someone stealing cable... Happens pretty frequently...
When all else fails, replace the user.
