I just checked the DNS of my AT&T Cell Data service, it said it seamed safe

Better DNS Checker. The other one was giving some ambiguous results. Ideally all test results should be "GREAT": http://entropy.dns-oarc.net/test/

well,, mine were not "ideal".

of the 3 dns resolver/s tested, each said:
" ... appears to have POOR source port randomness and GREAT transaction ID randomness."

I checked it when you posted this thread and it was vulnerable, now Road Runner's DNS servers are patched just fine.
When all else fails, replace the user.
