wow,, i am kind o' surprised @ that { in a nice way : ) }; i hope it does the trick for u.

bw, ~ i was just googlin' it:
Q. Will CholestOff® Complete work if I have only mildly elevated cholesterol?

A. Clinical trials have shown that plant sterols and stanols such as those in CholestOff ®Complete will lower blood cholesterol concentrations in people with mildly elevated cholesterol. The percentage changes are roughly the same, so that a person starting at 250 mg/dL and a person starting at 200 mg/dL may both see about a 10% decrease.
Q. Does CholestOff lower LDL & HDL cholesterol?

A. CholestOff only lowers LDL (“bad”) cholesterol and does not affect HDL (“good”) cholesterol

in my previous career...

one of the highest (total) cholesterol levels i've ever seen was ~900. after drawing the guy's blood and letting it clot in the tube, it actually had large streaks of white/gray FAT in it. literally...chunks of visible fat settled out of the coagulated blood. his triglycerides were in the thousands as well. if you could have seen that tube...it would be incentive enough to eat properly! :jawdrop :hair

keep in mind that triglyceride levels are what vary greatly if you do/do not fast prior to the blood tests. your total cholesterol level will not be affected that much since it takes time to change. that's similar to a hemoglobin H1C test for diabetics, if you are familiar with that.

I just had my checked in March:
Triglycerides: 183 (high) acceptable range: 0-149
HDL Cholesterol: 32 (low) acceptable range: 40-59
Cholesterol Total: 191 acceptable range: 100-199
Prothrombin Time (PT) INR: 1.7 (low) acceptable range: 2-3.5
Prothrombin Time: 16.1 (high) acceptable range: 8.7-11.5
Hgb ALC with MBG Estimation Hemoglobin Alc: 6.2 (high) acceptable range: 4.8-5.9
I already started on a small diet to lose weight slowly. Also, I need to quit playing pc games and do something else. Most evenings, I sit at the pc playing games or surfing the net. I also sit all day at work which is not good also. I've been walking at my lunch hour since I get 1 hour for lunch. I eat a small meal then go to our 3rd floor and walk for 30 minutes. I need to get back down to my acceptable weight of 200-220lbs, not 280lbs that I currently weigh.
