Every once in a while I see some junk on the road that hard to believe why anyone's driving it. Here in WI, they have NO state safety checks so anything goes.

Bring it over. We love unsafe old heaps where they're wheels fall off on the freeway causing deaths and multi-car accidents. Great for keeping everyones insurance rates up too ;)
Then to top if off, we have no mandatory auto insurance (not required for those who don't want to pay) and everyone else who's responsible gets to pay for uninsured motorist coverage. If you get hit by one of these people, YOU get to pay the deductible on your insurance, just duckie.

So, as far as this state's concerned, the lawmakers have their heads up their butts on this stuff. Every winter I see many cars with balding tires (or close) and I'll bet that many of these cars are the ones I see daily in winter spun out on the sides of the freeways, usually hitting other cars too and tying up traffic. An annual auto safety check would keep most of the unsafe junk off the roads and help prevent accidents.

I live in Louisiana.. And while it's law to have insurance, it's also law to have uninsured motorist.. So don't feel too bad Evil.. I have to pay it one way or the other.. ;\
