It looks like they are trying to compete with the Honda Ridgeline. The high mounted headlights look awful. I hope they don't actually make this thing.

just picture it with mud flaps and flairing and it might look better as you see it now . :bang
i beleave Toyota hired the design team from GM . that same team that design the pontiac Astek !
the Last time I was Talking to myself . I got into such a heated argument . that is why I swore I never talk to that guy again. you know what it worked now no buddy talking to me. :help

resembles the Isuzu Amigo / VehiCross. I'd drive it but probably too nice for a real functional pickup.

i dont understand what with the dash bags or that exstended step bumper.
i like the deep seated /sunk in area on the dash for tossing your sunglass or what evers like change.

Me thinks the extendo-bumper is really a way of extending the bed with a movable platform to a normal long bed size.

IMO, that and the Honda Ridgeline are useless for being a PU truck compared to the rest of real trucks. Don't see the point.

It isn't ment to be a PU

It is more of an SUV with the ability to put a good amount of cargo in the bed

i be afraid if i went off roading in that with a load i twist the body panels !

Still, there's less room than the back of my Volvo wagons and it's all on the outside, thus can't be locked up and is exposed to the elements. Other SUVs, like my wagons have a rear interior that's enclosed.
