BAD ENOUGH THEY ARE TRYING TO USE a david look alike . but they turned a MUSTANG into a crappy looking ricer . wonder how much they payed . some design team to make this pos mustang .

Honestly, would there have been anything wrong with using the original KITT and original voice? They could have had a passing of the Torch from the old Michael to the new and had a better premise for the show.

AS for the new KITT: I like Mustangs. I've owned three in my life and two of those are still running. A Mustang is not the right car for this. I feel sorry for this poor Mustang. With all the crap on it, the thing must weigh 4,000 lbs. KITT was, and will always be in my mind, a Firebird.

why oh god why do they put black hubs on black cars, looks like sheet dont mind a different car though. Its been near 20 years. Id rather see a new Cobra loved that show same tech that makes a stock car into super cop made a cripple walk.
The only thing kit ever did was donate one of his cpu's to some dumb blonde in a comma(one of the 90's made for tv Knight Rider movies)

Mustang wouldn't be my first choice, probably be better off with a Corvette or Viper, but it doesn't look that bad to me...

Yeah, this pretty much ruined it for me too. I didn't expect it to be the original car or even close, but this is almost blasphemy. What would have been wrong with the Corvette or heck even an RX7 has similar lines. That may have lost me for a customer (probably just rent it when it comes out on the Red Box). I hope Ford paid a fortune to the studio for that, because they're gonna lose a bunch from loyal fans.
