I was looking for a new monitor, but don't know much about what to look for in them. I don't game anymore so that may help. I have been doing a lot of PS and apps like that. I was looking at an 18" to 20" LCD. I don't really have a price range set yet but would like to keep it somewhat affordable.
What would you recommend?
I also need more ram. DDR 3200. Any names to lookout for? I won't be OCing it just need about 2gigs to help speed things up a bit.

For your monitor, I would go for something like this Acer. Not a bad price for that 19" monitor. And for the RAM, I would look at something like Kingston, Corsair are usually safe bets.
