Holy crap im soo sorry about that. And looking on top of my rack i have a solid 2U and a vented 3-4U shelf. I have a 4U pull out shelf... but im keeping that. I can make any sized blank you would need. lets see... i dont have any nuts for a rack. Mine has threaded holes in the rail so i dont use the nuts and the place i normaly get that stuff from is no more. I can still get the parts if i wanted... its just now i have to go 45 minuets to the guys house. So... Here is what i have on hand in sight.

2U Shelf. It has a lip on the front and back

3U vented shelf

3U x 3 120MM Fan Pannel

4U ATX Case. I dont have any of the ones i would be selling here but this one is the basic shape. The front looks like the one mounted in the rack. the drive config is probbly also different.

Some Blanks. A 6U and a 1U.

My old rack.

My current rack. that case pictured above is going to go in over the switching gear when i change out that dead LCD in the front. Also pictured are the 2 disc changers. the bottom one is a 100X4 DVD and the top one is a 150X4 CD. the top one works great. the bttom one has troubble reading some disc.

Like i said before... i can easly laser out just about any pannel you could ever want... even some custom logo ones for just about free. And if your a good thinker i can even make shelvs out of flat parts if they are cut the right way and i bend them up in a brake. So just about anything is possible.

Let me know what you think you will need.

lets see... the 2U is a barely used Gurber... the 3U is a bastard of some type and is beat up... and the fan thing is aluminum.... You dont want any custom crap laser cut?

15 bux for the 2U
15 Bux for the 3U
10 for the fan
one time only offer... free laser cutting if i have scraps big enuff to make it! YOU SUPPLY CAD FILE! and i can convert it and make it and ship it with the other stuff. I want to have minimal time involved in this. So if you can think up a kick ass desighn you want cut into a *U blank let me know. I can also do etching.. so put that on a differnt layer.

And then whatever shipping is going to be... I can take the stuff with me and get a weight at work tomorow.

ok, how about a vented panel with small holes in it like the patern from the latest Lian Li Case small circles (1/8") across the front and PCA etched in the Middle of it all.I will mount lighting behind it to display my allegiance proudly. I don't have CAD though so how can I work around that?

hmm.. let me see what i can import in to cad... I would think any vector would work... let me look...

DWG DFS DXF DWT are the extensions it can open. If you cant do any of that just do a scaled picture and i can probly figure out a way to trace it in or convert it some how.

Edit 2:

If you can just show me what hole pattern your talking about and i can go from there.
