Outlook HTML editing ?

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to create or edit e-mail messages in Outlook in html?

I have been using Outlook Express for many years and I can simply click on "view" / "source edit" and create or edit the message in html, but I have not been able to find anything in Outlook that does the same.

Thanks Mega Vectra, great material. I only wish it was as simple as it is with Outlook Express . . . Outlook sure is a pain in the arse.
