The Chronicles of Narnia

Post by Executioner »

Saw this today with my 10yr old daughter and 20yr old son. Excellent movie! I can tell when a movie sucks you in. Right from the very start to the very end, 2½ hours later it was over. I had no idea it was even that long. Disney has a hit with this flick. If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it to everyone. Hat's off to Disney.

On a side note, they also had Pirates of the Caribbean 2 Preview, with all the original cast from the first movie. From what I saw with the previews, this flick should also be just as good as the first one.

Did you guys read the books of Narnia? If yes, how does the movie compare?
It will be about 3 months before we will see this in our little local theatre. But my son, and I, cant wait to see it.
All the best from the west!

I read it some time ago. from everything I remember it did well. I think there were a few things changed by who said them and when they occured like the beavers at the Dam and everything, but it seemed pretty accurate.
