Well it's not just whether it's enough wattage, you also need to be concerned about the quality of the unit. 580watts of poorly regulated voltage is worth than useless.
I've never heard of this brand but a quick google search turned a couple of causally made good comments on Tagan. I tried to find a review on that model but didn't turn up anything.
Me, personally I'd go with Enermax. They're my favorite PSU maker right now.
On a side note, do you REALLY want an SLI rig? I just don't see that it's worth the money.

yes, ive had a good look around at benchmarks and reviews, and all i can say is the newer games are seeing double the performance in SLI, also the new drivers from Nvidia the 81.1(i think) make better use of SLI and duel core processers hence why ive decided to change the CPU to a 4400 X2 AMD.
unfortunatly being in the uk and the way the market is at the moment i dont have much choice in PSU tends to be Tagan, Q-Tec, Enermax or seasonic. ill have a look at some of the Enermax available i really dont want to screw up the whole system by getting a crappy PSU.
EDIT
had a look found a Enermax Noisetaker Sli 600w PSU, and it got a nice review at Toms. review
although i did notice it has slightly less amps on the 12volt rail.

I happen to really like the NoiseTaker line. I have a NoiseTaker 485 in both my main rig and my LAN party rig. I buy the Noisetaker 425 for client rig replacements. Nice, stable PSUs.
Toms also has reviews I'd trust.
