strange little Bill Murray film where he is sort of a Captain Cousteau...whole film is odd, but I liked it. netflix has it

I enjoyed it as well...I wasn't particularly looking forward to seeing it, but it came off surprisingly good in the end. I believe most of the film is supposed to be based on Cousteau's life.
