Only 120Gb? Man my games alone wouldn't fit on that small a drive...
Yeah, nice system. I just built my new rig around the same mobo & CPU. I'd recommend you re-consider the Twin-X memory unless you want to spend a lot of time tweaking it. That mobo doesn't like the default or by SPD timings for Corsair XMS and a lot of people have gone through a lot of grief on other forums I moderate trying to find the right timing for that memory on that board.
I'd do some Googling first, and check Corsair's tech forums to see if you can find some definitive timings settings: http://www.houseofhelp.com/v2/forumdisplay.php?f=128
There may also be timing settings for that mobo here in the Corsair XMS FAQ: http://www.houseofhelp.com/v2/showthread.php?t=38150
If you're not planning on overclocking, I'd recommend Crucial memory. Use their online configurator to order the right memory for your board. Guaranteed to work with by SPD timing and no fiddling with the timing settings. Less aggravation in the end.
I ran into a similar problem with using Corsair XMS memory on my Asus A7N8X-E mobo until I found the recommended settings in the Corsair XMS FAQ.

i was hoping to buy everything off the one website but the website only gives me the choice of Corsair memory or the cheap stuff,
i think i would need to use the same timings as the A7N8X mobo but not sure lol. alhough that is a nforce 2 mobo might go with some normal corsair memory instead...
EDIT
found it lol, i this is off the corsair website this board and memory should work
Link
now thats just wrong its changed the double + to a waving blue thingy...

Im currently using the same mobo and mem and have experienced no problems whatsoever. I have the mem clocked to DDR 444 with timings of 2.5-3-3-6 T1 with the dimm v @ 2.80. Using the 1006 vesion bios. I know it is an old bios but it rocks for overclocking. Tried all the newer versions and all they did was make my mem timings real picky. Running the "max mem" @ 333 and fsb at 270, cpu multiplier @ 9 (winchester 3000+), and the HTT at 4 yeilds= 2.41ghz with the mem timings mentioned above. Folding 24-7 with no stability issues and temps 34c@ idle and 50c@ 100% load.
The only problem I have experienced it a power supply failure. I bought another supply that was rated at 420w and it made all my games real glitchy (sli load). Put a 510w in and back to normal ( Doom 3 on Ultra performance). If you go sli, definetly get a bad ass power supply. Now I got a thermaltake 420 layin round for nothing.

250Gb Maxtor Maxline III 24x7 Reliability (7200rpm,16MB) SATA II NCQ - Lead Free
and went with a slighty cheaper version of the 7800 still a GT though
p.s
and its saving me a tenner
