Best tweaking, registry fixing, internet optimize program for XP??

I did a pcpitstop full scan, and it mentioned i should have my pc tweaked and such. I was wondering the best software and reliable to not render my pc less functional but actually do the job. I usually do it manually cause im afraid of such programs. However i guess i am doing a sligtly bad job of manually keeping my pc in tip top shape.

"Have your PC Tweaked" is pretty damn vague.

There is nothing specific I'd recommend as far as "tweaking" your registry, and poking around in there without knowing what you're doing is foolish.

there are no performance tweaks that i do for a pc beyond maybe disabling indexing on drives...everything else is just personal preference (eye candy such as disabling show windows contents while dragging, etc)

Whats that game called where you have to perform surgery on the little plastic dude and if you screw up a loud "bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz" scares the begeeeezes out of you? Kind of like fooling around in the registry without knowing what you are doing, except you cant just start over all the time.
