First off this is my introduction to the PCA forums. This is my first build so I am excited and nervous. I think I have a compatible, and good rig chopped together and am ready to order and build. However I need a confirmation that all the following items will work properly together. So any of you advanced PC junkies that has experience building computers please help me so I don't find out stuff isn't compatible once I order it ^_^

WELCOME TO PCA!
I'd recommend a better PSU. That Antec you linked is a 400w not a 500w unit. Antec makes fine PSUs but that's a budget unit. Not something I'd use in a gaming rig. If you want to use Antec then I'd recommend one of their True Power models.
My personal recommendation is the Enermax NoiseTaker 420watt: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6817103459
I use this in my own personal rigs and as replacements for client rigs.
Although it's a 420w unit, you'll notice the 12 and 5v rails are much heavier than the Antec you linked: (36 amps versus 25 amps for the 12v rails and 30amps versus 21amps for the 5v rail).
If you can afford it, the 485watt Noisetaker would be even better (although the 420 will be adequate for your rig): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6817103457
Don't short change yourself on the PSU. It's probably the most important component. It'll make or break the system.
My only other recommendation would be to go to Corsair.com and use their online memory configurator to look up the EXACT memory that's a guaranteed match for that mobo. They will link you to the part number sold on NewEgg that matches it.
Don't make the mistake that a lot of people make - buy the right memory or you'll go through a lot of grief later.
Hope this helps...

Thanks so muh for the quick reply.
Turns out the stick I had was one of the ones compatible with my Epox so good news there.
As far as PSU's if I did stick with Antec would the following two work:

If you are going for 1GB of RAM, go with 2 512MB sticks. It will give you dual channel and a theoretical increase in memory bandwidth. I've benched a system with and without dual channel and there was a difference.

You definately want 2 stick since that mobo should support dual channel as Busby pointed out.
Go for the True Power PSU over the SmartPower. It's the better unit.
