Here's the deal. About 2 weeks ago my pc started to restart itself. I don't know why, but occasionally (multiple times a day!) it just resets. No errors, just resets. I had to upgrade my Power Supply about a week ago, and I was hoping that solved it, but alas, she's still restarting. I'm running on Windows XP, 1700+ AMD XP processor, nVidia Ti-4200, 1024MB RAM.
If anyone has any input as to why my PC may be doing this, or how I could go about solving this extremely annoying dilema, I would be MOST OBLIGED! Thank you for you time, and input.

Whens the last time you opend it up to clean it out? Is the CPU fan still working?

Yea, fans still operational. I recently cleaned it out because I had to replace the power supply. It was a bit dusty :/ but nothing was blocked that I know of.

Since you already replaced the power supply my next guess would be a bad stick of ram. Assuming you have two sticks or 512 I would pull one and see if that helps and if not put the one you pulled back in and pull the other one.

Tyvm for the suggestion, I'm in the process of trying that.

Also, I reformated my PC on a suggestion from a friend to fix an issue with Final Fantasy. After reformatting I updated my graphics drivers. Upon rebooting, I had an "End Process" box flash onto the screen.. The title of the program it was closing was called "you should not see me." I don't recall ever getting that message before, and my PC was reformated not 20 minutes prior.. could this be a virus of some sort?

No.....its the program used by some installers to reboot the computer. Don't worry.
