Yes I believe that is true, well at least I have been told so by a few people who have them. One guy I know says they are solid low budget boards that work ok but not a lot of flash and not a good O/C'er the other guy has tons of problems but I am 100% sure they are of the user caused variety.One of the reviews had this to say..."The ASRock brand is the "off" brand of Asus". This true?

Guys, I wouldn't worry about it. In real world use the difference between 4x and 8x AGP is negligable. The extra bandwidth only makes any real difference if you use system RAM for texture memory, which you DON'T want to do, and normally wouldn't happen if you have at least 128Mb on the video card.
