Does anyone know how Mwave is for RMA'ing a product, I know I need to call them but they don't open until tomorrow and I'm trying to give some sort of answer to my friend who we ordered a system for.
Got a tbird system, freezes incessantly, I've tried everything in the book, finally I called them, they said the ram probably isn't up to spec, I said it was the pc133 they included with the barebones system for him, they said well it's just generic and it is probably that. I tried ram from my machine and it still can't even get through a os install.
At this point I just want a new box out of them, anyone have any experience with returning things there?
thanks,
Daniel
Mwave RMA policies?
MultiWave is great for returns, no hassles and you have 30-days on most items.

I had A hard drive go out on me, and they had no problem with me returning it. They are personally my favorite company to deal with. Mwave.com is also Multiwave Direct it says so right when you goto the site. Welcome to Multiwave Direct. That used to be the only main screen that would come up a couple years ago.
