BROADBAND mouse? You mean blue tooth?
ANY mouse can be laggy - just depends on the design and the quality. Early wireless mice were very laggy, but any wireless mouse made in the last year by Logitech or MS is going to be fine.
Me personally, I prefer a wired mouse. Don't see the point.

yea i will have to agree... for desk use i dont see the point of wireless. now if its a desk PC that also has a tv hooked up to it as a second display then wireless make sense.

Wireless ARE now IMHO. No more laggy than my older wired mice.
soz but even the new mice that are out at the moment that i have tried, are not even close to the performance of the wired mouse i use at the moment.

Very Strange
I have my MX1000 and I would never go back to a regular corded mouse for gaming. Even before with my MX700 I would not have gone back to a corded mouse. I've never noticed any "lag" when gaming or anything else of the sort. Now I have used some mother mice, the wireless MX Explorer, and experienced lag, but certainly not with the MX700 or MX1000.

I now have two MX 1000s, one for my new laptop too and they both work like a dream.
BTW, in the event that anyone wants one, FP posted a good deal on them ($25 off) in the Sizzlin' Deals forum here: They're normally $80 everywhere.

My old wireless mice are Logitech Mousemen w wheel (and thumb button which I really got to like). They've never been laggy in games either on any PC. Those are now used on my other 2 older computers.
