traning, well, I don't train.....
I go mountain biking every Sunday and I just started to run about a month and a half ago....
And I think I will still beat the 6 hour mark....
Last time I ran it 10 years ago I didn't do any training @ all... ( I was only doing high school sports then )
So I know nothing about training, but in general I am in ok shape

man, my leggs are mad @ me..
I wanted to beat 6hr, I came damn close!
I was on a 5hr pace for just through 10 miles, but I slowed down..
and I had to walk most of the last 6.... My feet were just in pain!
But now it is time to veg on the coutch with my TiVo
