Interested in any trades?
I have a 533 MHz 2.8 Prescott that might be fun...
See David's thread, too.

At the risk of sounding ignorant, is the p4 800 fsb, socket 478?

Perhaps I have confused things, for which I apologize,
my cpu is 533, Pc;s is 800.
PC: What are the SPD's on this RAM, i.e. will it work on a DELL?

Bill,
The SPD is 3-4-4-8 at 250fsb.
If run at 200FSB you can run them a little tighter, but they don't like ultra tight (say 2-2-2-5 timings).
They might be somewhat wasted in a dell since it probably won't overclock much.

Do you happen to know the 200 MHz timings (from CPUID-Z)?
2.5,3,3,8 work on Precision W/S. I have TwinX3200's in now (512M).

Bill,
I know for sure you can run 200 fsb at 3-4-4-8.
Don't hold me to it but I believe the will also do 2.5-3-3-6 at 200 fsb.
