My girlfriend and I have watched half the movies leading up to this ( Alien 1-3 ) we will watch 4 tomorrow then to the other 2

My expectations aren't too high, I must say. First off, the movie is rated PG-13, and second off, the director has possibly made one good movie.

Well, I watched Predator 2 today and got a print screen of the "trophy" room on the ship...

and it does look like there is an alien skull in it!

yup, good eye!...i noticed that years ago when i saw predator 2...i thought/hoped there would be more to the story then but now we get a whole movie.

Damn cool movie!!! Even though it was just 87 minutes, it rocked the house! Maybe the best movie of the summer over spidey 2. Gotta mull that over some moe. People call me moe, because once they give me money, I always want moe. (quote from a certain movie, anyone know which one?)

We just needed more of what was there. Some of the most awesome scenes in this movie!

I'll avoid any spoilers, but you will be thoroughly satisfied!

What all was the best from aliens and predator are also here, and then some. It went beyond. I am in awe! >?

The director is the one who directed Resident Evil, which I loved. He turned down directing RE2 (he did produce RE2 though), to do this. I'm glad he did. Had a preview for RE2, it looked very cool also.

screw what rottentomaters says. Many had it in their mind that it's bad because it was still being prepped till the final days. Critics took that as it must be a bomb since they couldn't review it first.

Same exact thing happened for Aliens. It was still being prepped, effects worked on and editing. Critics were peed off because they couldn't review it before it's release. Look how that masterpiece turned out.
