Anyone here using a HTPC and using it for gaming and web surfing and such at a high resolution?

I have had a computer on my HDTV for some time now and found the s-video to be the best solution for me, but I would like to have higher resolution. But it is alway too much of a pain in the ass to get something working.

What are you using these days? My TV connection only has component no DVI.
I have an ATI DVI to component adaptor but it is stll a pain in the ass to use.

would be nice to have a video card that had component out and would allow for easy windows use.

right now I have a POS 266 to play videos and DVD's

it is also the DC server ( and before it died, a 466 cell did all this and was also a web server )

I leave it @ the los res and have a ok vid card with s-vid to connect to the TV

RubberDuckie: It appears as though you can buy a cable similar to this cable and get HDTV from your video card. Not 100% sure though.
