Price check on Dell XPS R450!

Hey I need a price check on my Dell XPS R450 that I might sell to my friend.

Specs:
P2-450
128 Megs of Ram
2x DVD-Rom
2x CD-RW
Zip Drive
Some Vortex1 sound card
Diamond Viper V770 Ultra
Win 98 OEM w/ original software

I think that's about it.

Also how much if I add my speaker set Altec Lansing ACS495.

Oh yea still warrenty on this excellent computer

My stab in the dark in the computer would be $350-400.. not sure on those speakers tho.. don't know anything about them.

Well, depending on how good a friend he/she is, say maybe $299-$325?
