I enjoyed the laid-back feeling of the lan but I would think it would be nice to have some 'scheduled' tournaments throughout the couple of days. Maybe make up a poster with dates/times of what games or tournaments will take place. I can think of Quake2/Quake3 DM/CTF, Unreal, Half-Life DM, Jedi Knight 2 duals, etc.

Maybe the winner could get a small prize or there could even be a small "buy-in" so the winner of the tourney gets a few bucks (and even more depending on how many enter the tourny).
