I tried to google it for you. Most of the time that works and you'll get some info on a part #, but nothing came back.

Maybe here . You have to really look around at lostcircuits. they use to have a page that had pictures of dimms so you could easily identify them.

Your M2V64S30DTP chips are 8Mx8bit SDRAM chips. With 16 of these, you have a 128MB module (two banks of 64MB).
It's a PC100 168pin DIMM, with CL2-2-2 timings. The SPD is programmed to JEDEC SPD spec revision 1.2

Thanks for the compliment - I really just try to help.
I was trying to be in stealth mode, since the question really didn't have anything to do with Buffalo, but you caught me.
I just joined the forums here after PC Abuser in amdforums asked me to check this site out.
Very nice forums and website here.

A ,warm welcome to da memoryman !! No need for stealth here. :) We're a small but tight knit group that have been together for years following the demise of AGN/Voodoo Extreme forums.

BTW, I'm PC Abuser @ amdmb ( a shameless subliminal plug for our little BBS :D )

Anywho.....stop by anytime and if I can help you with anything please let me know. :yo #@

Cheers, todd
