To Highwayman and others

I have been over at 3dmaxx: http://www.3dmaxx.net/forums/index.php?s=

They are on to him over there. He uses a ton of different names, but they are on to him.
I have posted and he has deleted some of my posts.
Would be great if a few other people signed in there and posted with a reference to the pcabusers info on him. I have had at least one person thank me for doing so.
Seems people there are afraid of him but if enough people sign in and post then they will be able to truly "out" this guy. He is very sneaky and has been deleting posts. He used to take over peoples names when they posted asking for monies owed to them, someone has stopped that, so you can go and post there now and most of them will stay up.

I posted the links below as they lead to areas general members cant usually access, this is thanks to highwayman. Help them get rid of this guy, lately justin daves uses syntax, justlo, variations of saturn, something daddy, deux something, something daddy, and many many other forum names. I get emails from some of them thanking me for posting, some are afraid to post as they know what happened to others who posted asking for monies owed to them, they got banned, justin took over their name and banned their isp, he likely did that to highwayman too :

UPDATE

Justin Daves has taken over many of the forum names and created many new names, I believe some have said up to half the names over there are actually him. When you see a person with 2 posts and he is a moderator or administrator, well, you can figure it out for yourself. Hint: usually a mod will have between 5 thousand and 20 thousand posts to his name?
I'm not a mod or anything like that, so i dont know what to do about this. I did go there and post info about Justin. There were some there that were holding justin back, telling him not to ban me, but he finally did, i cant get on there anymore. And, if anyone does pose a question there, justin will take over somehow. So this may be a case where the whole forum should be banned?
I know for sure that people have left in droves, that is, the ones that justin daves didnt ban or take over their forum name! Personally, not speaking for anyone but me, i would either avoid 3dmaxx or go over there and post the links that show justin for what he is, perhaps the WORST TROLL the fora have ever seen!

I am also waiting on an item from Feb. 8 from him. I am only out $10, but it is the principle. He has received my PMs on Hardforum.com but will not reply. He has since been banned from there, I think.
I have filed the probably-worthless Paypal claim for mine; not expecting much from them. If you call him, LMK what you get. I may do the same.

Yes, it looks like that site is shut down. Way past overdue too. I understand that the guy running the site, Justin Daves, used that priviledge to rip off, i am told, thousands of people, yes, i was told, thousands of people. Now i have a hard time believing "thousands" but he did his thing for years on that forum. Whenever someone complained that he got their money but they didnt get their goods he would immediately ban them, then he would take over their name and say it was taken care of. Great scam he had going! Great, that is, if you are a thief by nature!

You can be sure we are not done with Justin Daves, but i think i can say i single-handedly shut them down. I went and posted info on this guy in every section in that forum and soon as he deleted it, i put it back up. This went on for days and then he banned me. Only reason he didnt ban me was because i had inside help. Few of the members had caught on to him and forbade him from banning people so i was free to roam around for a few days and post. Finally Justin coudlnt take it anymore and banned me anyway. A day or two later someone else put me back on but by that time it was dying. A few days later it disappeared.
but that only means he will start up somewhere else!

UPDATE 3/20/04!

Paypal investigation completed and they got me NOTHING even though paypal says he was at fault

I phoned Robert Long
He claims to have anothing to do with selling and trading things online so I asked if he had a son
He does have a son in law though named John; I believe this is who I am looking for
He owes me 140 dollars so I will pursue him until my money is returned
If need be, I will contact the Duncan police [ (580) 255-2112 ]

Im calling back at 5PM Pacific to speak with him and hopefully find a resolution

wait a few days. if it shows up GREAT, no harm no foul. If it dosen't show up though you should cal la few more times (is this a cell or a house line) and see if it can be resolved. worse case, get printed copies of EVERYTHING! mailing reciets, proff he recived it, the trade you agreed to, and everything else you have...even phone records. then call his local police dept and they can help you.

also, how did you pay? many forms of payment let you stop it. like checks and some money orderes, and paypal has built in fraud protection....and ofcourse chargecards.

Just to update, it looks like the original trade will go through. She is at fedex shipping it off right now. Be aware that this IS Jeff George though. I will do the right thing and leave positive heat once I receive it though.
