since it's randomly rebooting, DON'T try flashing the bios! It may do it during flash and trash the bios chip and you'd have to get a new one.....

Don't remember if you have tried a different memory stick in it, is this a new mobo? Maybe it's time to RMA the dang thing :(

I've lost track of what you have tried in the midst of this thread, so if you have done the following and are still having problems, your SOL.

You need to find some known-good memory (from another system, from a friend, new, wherever). Put that in your system. If you still reboot/BSOD with the known-good memory, get a new motherboard.

If your system settles down with the known-good memory, then stick with it (if you bought it) or buy some new memory (if you are borrowing it from a friend).

These are your two options. At this point, doing anything other than this is just wasting your time. I'd bet you $100 that this is a problem with your memory sub-system (be it either the RAM itself or the motherboard).

If it wasn't hot before, that shouldn't have made a difference :) Was it running hot????

Voodoo, you mean you haven't tried Folding for PCA!!!!!!!!!!! Loads cpu 100% and helps the team, find all the info in the Disturbed forum.

And ditch the EA drivers you got and download the latest drivers straight from Nvidia....
