I'm currently trying it out on a fresh install of XP on a spare rig, but my brother has used it with no problems. Once you install one of the larger updates, then all you need are the small *updates* that are released every month.

I just used it to update a fresh install of XP pro with sp1. Took about an hour to install all the updates. The only tweak I had to make after all these updates was to disable MS Messenager from an autostart.
