Abit IS7 (about $85.00 from New Egg)

I have the IS7-E and can overclock my P4 2.4C to 3.0 GHz with no problems. I have had it up to 3.2 GHz, but not for an extended period of time. (I am running now at 2.4 GHz since I have nothing that needs 3.0 or 3.2 GHz speed)

The first version has a slight problem with the microphone working, but I believe that has been fixed with the 2nd version.

I have run my P4 2.4C at 3.0 GHz using the stock heatsink and fan with no problems. My case has three 80mm cooling fans. I have clocked it up to 3.2 GHz for a short period of time. I didn't have any problems running it at 3.2 GHz, just didn't need that much power.

Also, I have had my P4 1.6A running at 2.2 GHz for almost 2 years using the stock heatsink and fan. I have five fans in that case and it runs cooler than my 2.4C, but is much louder than my newer PC.
