This patches a hole as bad as the one MSBlaster exploited. Instant back-door.
HIGHLY recommend everyone install this one ASAP.

I run Window's Update so much it keeps trying to make a spot for itself on my start menu.

i got mine set up to do it every day at 3am... so it should get it and install it then...
