First off, I do want to thank you that have lent me cash, I will start paying it back Next Friday.

Ok, well, she is bing a female dog again. First my mom called her to make sure she had extra clothing tomorrow and my x told my mother that they were not coming over there tomorrow. So my mom called me to tell me that. I called my x and told her that they are to go to my mothers tomorrow ( tomorrow is a holiday and I have holidays on even years ). she said tomorrow isn't a holiday and hung up on me.

So I called the police dept. and told him what was going on. He said go try to pick them up tomorrow and if she doesn't let you pick them up come back to us.

So if that was to happen, basically they would write up a report and it would be a misdemeanor on her

so, now just a few min ago she called me and told me I had to pick them up where they are now ( South LA ( formally South Central ))

I said, no, per our court order I am to pick them up in front of your place and hung up on her.

But I did get the address, so now I can give that to my lawyer, I believe it is the address on where she is moving. So I will go by there mid next week to take pictures to take to court.

So, tomorrow morning I am going to try to pick them up @ her place and I know she won't be there, she will be @ work. I will then get the police involved to get the report written so I have even more to take to court....

What fun this is.....

Sounds like you're doing a great job of keeping track of her. ALWAYS keep notes and photos of what she does along with reciepts. If you can manage, write her checks for support..NEVER give cash. That way you always have a good record. I've dealt with crap like this before and if you need any advice etc, feel free to pm or im me. I know donk offered as well if you needed it ( i'm his better half..lol)

Women can be bitches..i know this being one myself..and sometimes they could care less about anyone but themselves..even when it comes to their children..that pisses me off to no end! Why some women have children when they don't want to take the effort to care for them correctly is beyond me..

well, it is one step further, it is garnished, so, I have record as well as the state as well as my employer

Your theory is probably sadly correct. I've known of a few women who've made a bigger deal of how much money they can get their grubby hands on then the way their ex takes care of the children or the time they spend with them. My ex is an ass and if it was up to me, I wouldn't accept a dime if I knew I could just get him to go away. We do fine without his money anyways and he only sees his child when it's conveinent for him. Even though you two are no longer together, she should be grateful as hell that you have such an interest in your children. True, the money helps but the care and love you give those children should mean more to her but some people are just too damned greedy.

So, this is what happened this AM

as I knew it she wouldn't drop the children off @ my parents and would not be home when I went to pick them up. So I went to the police station. They called her she would not leave work to get the children to her address or the station.

Per our court paperwork, I am to have even year holidays and exchanges are to happen in front of her residence.

So, she wouldn't do anything so the police had to take a report of violation of a court order.

So, now that I have that I am going to go pick the children up from where they are, and that is @ her boyfriends mothers house in like So. Central LA :|

petition the move in court. Get papers served on her. It will postpone any move she has planned by at least 60 days. Thats how it works here in WA St. Its probably similar in Cali. Best part is if she does move before the court says ya or na, she's now in contempt and they can throw her ass in jail.

never been married but i had someone for 2 years and this image of her i had in my mind fell apart in a 15 minute span....when i confronted her....she turned on me

Doh! In my parenting plan my ex can't even move without telling me first and she can't do so for 60 days. That way I get the proper time to fight it if i have to. Her and her new hubby were going to move to oregon. It's about 3 hours from here. I told her i wasn't down with it, that all of our daughters family is here and i felt that she shouldn't be taken away from both sets of grandparents and whatnot. I would have been getting her every other weekend like the parenting plan says but i get her a lot more than that and i would have lost all of that as well. In the end she decided that wouldn't be a good thing cause i was ready to fight it in court. And my lawyer don't play nice as she's found out more than once.
