But he no longer works for that company. They told me he left under "unfortunate terms" and left others hanging there as well.

It seems another one time good trader, has gone bad.

Several have come forth saying he owes them. He is on the bad list.

Sorry to hear this. I traded with him more then once and had very positive results. But that was back in 2000 on AGN 2.

This is what he sent nascar, still hasn't had the balls to reply back to me:

Mario was visiting his grandparents in guatemala, and was in a head on collision.

I've just returned from guatemala because being a guatemalan thats were he wanted to be at rest...

His familiy is going thru a rough period, not as hard as me and his two boys...

So I want to thank you for being mario's friend...

Another called his old employer and they said Sandoval stole a new laptop, two barcode scanners, a Canon digital camera, software, and more from them, and he has filed a police report with LAPD. He didn't have a home phone, but he gave us two other email addresses, rene9999@netzero.com and msand9898@yanoo.com.

He also said he knows Sandoval still lives at the same home address because another of his employees lives next door. The case is currently under investigation by the cops.

So, not only has ole Mario stolen from others here and at his old work, he's become a <b>pathetic lying coward</b>. No doubt it was him who sent that bullshit email to Carl.

Everyone that Mario owes and has screwed over, please post all the specifics here. The police there might can use this info.

Gee, I hope his wife doesnt read the stuff above here, the stuff that I didnt post when i found that email addy by googling but another person did post anyway. Maybe someone should email it to her?

I would tend to believe what blade says, so its likely that this guy scammed people here and other fora, and stole from his workplace when he got canned. I just had to fire someone for the same thing, only he stole first, then got canned.

This is all terrible news, this man needs prayers, a long jail term, and a lobotomy or 20 yrs of counselling!

I feel sorry for the people who got scammed. I wonder if any of the people he scammed are put into a financial bind because of this? Its one thing to get scammed and you can afford such a hit, its another thing when it causes a person great financial strain. Damn, this year end and beginning of the new year has been bloody awful. What next?

Sounds like a former nice person gone bad.

Really irks me to see this kind of crap happen, and especially to others.. Like nork said, it's one thing when you can afford the hit, and another when you can't. I really couldn't afford it as it was for an Xmas present which I had to actually tear down one of my own computers to build the gift.. But, alas.. I'm sure others have been hurt much worse.
