Why can't you access Windows Update if you got Internet access working?

Yeah there's an issue with default XP installs.

Search for and delete the file called iuctl.dll and then retry it.

Check your clock.
If your time is set several months late then you will get that error

I have it on disc... Long story but it is on a HDD that I can not access (see my thread about SCSI if your interested).

I should have access to the disc this weekend.
I can file transfer it to you over night via ICQ, my upload is only 1meg so it would take several hours.
or I could burn it on CD for you ... but like I said... I will not have access to the disc until this weekend when my RAID card comes in via FedEx.

if those don't work I can d/l it and put it on my web server, not as fast as their site, but you would be able to get it
