internet wont work on startup

Networking and broadband talkabout. Need help with that new router or setting up a network?

internet wont work on startup

every time i reboot my computer, the internet on this computer doesnt work; i have to go through the network setup wizard every time to make it work.
i have dsl shared with a router w/ 3 other computers - all three work fine, its just this one that doesnt work.
I think it has something to do w/ the fact that I ran spyscanner and quarantined a bunch of cookies and what the software thought was "adware" ....even after i restored everything i quarantined, it didnt work.
Usually, when im disconnected I can reconnect by resetting my router via 192.168.1.1 but IE wont even allow me to do that.

it think it has something to do w/ wininet and InternetGetConnectedState ..spyscanner might have del it?

Have you run IPCONFIG.exe from the DOS command prompt on that system to see if DHCP has assinged an IP address?
