When / What was the last CD you paid for?

Post by Pugsley »

Just what the title reads...

mine was the newest Rammstein: Mutter

And that was only after watching a BF stunt video that used the song "Sonny" and i thought it sounded like Rammstein so i went out and looked and there it was.. a new album. and that was allmost what seems like a year ago.

hmmmm.......tough to say.....

I dont normally buy the cds i listen to. My dad buys the cds, i just borrow them from him.
If i like the cd and he wont let me borrow it, then I make a quick copy of it.

i think the last cd I bought was the last ac/dc cd that came out....and then the majority of my collection was stolen from my car :mad
Gone for good. But never say never

A few months ago I bought Lionel Ritchie Greatest Hits for someone's birthday. This is the only cd I bought this year. This shall be the only cd I will buy this year, even though someone I know wants a cd for a gift.

No, I don't download copyrighted music-certainly not using a 56k connection. Even with a fast pipe I still wouldn't do that. I'm not into stealing. Yes it is stealing and don't stammer saying it ain't.

Frankly it gets down to one thing...the sickening greed of the RIAA. Their heavy handed tactics are sickening. Its like they believe they are entitled to do whatever they want. Fsck 'em! Of course that doesn't justify dummies downloading everything in sight. Half the time they don't even want the crap.

About 2 weeks ago. I bought widespread Panics' Til the Medicine Takes.

Until this summer I never bought cd's, just d/led MP3's but since I have a decent home theater mp3's don't sound worth a crap.

I download ones I think I like, and if I like them I buy them when I get to the mall, if I don't like them I delete them (but I'll probably keep a song I like)...
