Program to monitor temps?

Can anyone recommend one for WinXP, other than Motherboard Monitor? MBM 5.3.1.5 crashed my system. Seems Shuttle doesn't bundle one like Asus, etc.

I'm using a shuttle mobo and mobo monitor works fine with it. Maybe try another download or version.
