ASUS K8V Deluxe Motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ CPU
AMD Cooling Fan

For around $700.00

Is this a good deal is all new?

Are u going to water cool it.. Or submerge it in something? I am sure that will raise up the price.

personally...i would wait for the 64s to be more widely availible and maybe wait for thier first pricedrop
