warranty service center bitch ~

Post by renovation »

i hate it when you buy a product and then find out . you have to send it to there warranty center for repairs . even after the warranty is up . because they are the only place that sells the parts or repairs the item .
what I'm bitching about is 2 framing nail gun i own !
2 different brands and i just had to be on the road from 9:30 am till 12:30 am to drop one gun off . that might be ready in 3-7 working days !
and i just found out my other framing gun that is broke different brand i have to take to a shop that is like 1/2 hour further away each way ! and it will take me as long or longer to get it back !
what is pissing me off is i payed extra to get these brands becouse they are better brand names !
and then when i need them serviced - all my local repair shops wont work on them !
think from now on i will keep this in mind .when i buy anything of better then disposable value . after warrienty is gone ! :(
the Last time I was Talking to myself . I got into such a heated argument . that is why I swore I never talk to that guy again. you know what it worked now no buddy talking to me. :help

there is a difference between being lazy and not wanting to beat wood together with nails and a hammer, and rushing to get as many walls made up or sq ft of deck done when a foremans yelling at you

nail guns are ESSENTIAL
Gone for good. But never say never

Seems as if bellringer does construction and as AT pointed out, when you got deadlines to meet and things go wrong you don't want to spend all night hammering in nails when you can use a nailgun to pop em in. My dad has about 3 nailguns (finishing and then 1 or 2 of the bigger nails for decking or fencing or framing) and he was able to lay down a whole deck in a day for our old house. Think about it, 3 nails every foot or two for a distance of about 10 to 20 feet or more and multiply that by however many feet wide and you got a lot of hammering and alot of nails since they don't all go in perfectly.

However, I think BillyGoat meant it clearly as a joke, just to poke some fun at bellringer.
