Newegg, now that they have run out alot of the smaller competicion they are jacking up the price. Just use pricewatch and a store tracking site.

I use pricewatch a pretty good bit lately... I found the 8RDA+ on pricewatch but the cheapest one was $79, $84.35 with shipping.. As I said before the 8RDA3+ is onl $98 which includes free shipping... Doesnt matter really just which ever u think I should buy.. I mean the 8RDA3+ comes with Pc Cillian and Norton Ghost.. $84 or $98 isnt a big difference, I just want to know if you think that the 8RDA3+ is as good and the 8RDA+

EDIT------------------------

Also a reminder I will be puting DDR PC3200 RAM in this.. Do you guys recomend only 512 or should I put 1GB in it?? Also I have a Western Digital 120GB HardDrive with 8MB Cache.. I already bought that... So just keep all that in mind...

if U can afford a gig go for it. and I would sugest the abit nf7 over the epox. I didnt like eithor the 8rda+ or 8rda3+ thats jsut me though.

I also wouldnt base your purches decision on the software they come with. pc cillin ant great, and the verson of ghost it comes with is stripped down and there are free programs that do the same thing.

I don't know a whole lot about it mate.. And most of these guys are a little (if not a lot) more knowledgable about some of this stuff than I am. I don't have any problem with ABIT in general, they made some awesome boards back in the Slot1/A days.. :) I only know from experience and most persons posts here that the 8RDA+ seems to be the board of choice. That doesn't make it any more stable than the next one. As you'll see in this thread Greg (nexus7) had some MAJOR problems with the 8RDA+. Do some googling on the NF-7 and see what you can find. I won't say yay or nay on that one.. ;) eGo
