first look here

my uncle has the same setup i have

he has 2 computers
both have a ISP ip
and both win 2000

and he can see the other computer

questions

NOT exactly what you have listed before. ALL my 4 home PCs are also Win2K and networked too BUT through hubs/switches (not directly connected).
