create slideshow

is there any software out there that will let me burn a vcd ,with photos as a slideshow and put music or put comentery to it , also add titles . i want to play the vcd on any stand alone dvd player that can play vcd .

dazzle has one, I have it on CD somewhere, no idea where though, it came with my 6in1 reader

I think maybe Easy CD Creator.

i did try easy cd creator but it seems to loose a bit of picture quality

I know the OEM tools from Kodak are floating around so search for them...

Very old stuff from the 95 days so it may or may not work even if you hunt it down.

All I can think of off the top of my head is http://www.vcdeasy.org I think the new version *cough shareware now* will allow you to create VCD's that just do still slides....close enough to PhotoCD.
