welt from a kt266a board to that kv7 kt600 board I reviewed. The old one I was using an intel nic. and now I was hoping to use the onboard...but I cant get it to work. I removed the old drivers, and hardware...Now whats the deal?

done that. It showes up in windows manager and is "working fine". I has to be a setting somewhere I would assume.

I know you said
You removed the old drivers and old hardware, but have you tried removing the current drivers for the onboard as well? I know this may be redundant.. Also, sometimes if the mobo has an option for onboard modem and it's enabled I have seen that cause problems.. Tried different slots with the hardware nic? GL and hope you get it soon.. eGo

but alass it didnt help.
