WTB: ThinkPad Laptop

Hello Pcabusers,
I'm new to this forum, just found it.
I'm looking to buy a low end ThinkPad. I'm trying to get my grandmother fixed up with a ThinkPad. I did buy a ThinkPad 365, but it won't run the programs I need it to run. If you have a faster one for sale, please let me know.

No, it doesn't actually have to be. It's just that I'm more familiar with them. I'm open to other makers though.
