This guy over at AMDMB.com sells brand new Buffalo and TwinMOS DDR with Winbond CH-5 chips. GOOD stuff!

I just bought two sticks of Buffalo Winbond CH-5 PC3200 DDR for $47 each + $10 FedEX 2 Day Shipping.
