longest police call hold????

Just out of curiosity, how many of you have called the police department and how long was there response time. I called about 2 hours ago they never showed up some moron was playing loud music and throwing beer cans from his vechile. Fail to say lapd never showed i called in at about 3 am and i called 5:20am telling lapd that the guy passed out and seems like his car battery died because music stopped. Im verry dissapointed, where are my tax dollars going??? just ticks me off i have to go to work at 6 am and some bloody bastard playing music at full blast at 2am to 5am. Next time im gonna handle it myself.

Yeah, that sucks. I know in Woodbury when ym sister "accidently" called the Police, they arrived at our house within 10 minutes. LOL

FearFox what part of LA do you live in? I am guessing up in the San Fernando Valley someplace huh? Maybe the cops just had more pressing issues on that night who knows with LAPD. I live in a small town in Orange County with it's own police force from my experience their response time is excellent.

well, what sux for me, is I have a Culver City Mailing address but live in LA, so LAPD would service me, not Culver, Culver PD has the best responce time in CA, if not the USA...

Yup i agree on grr against LAPD, i understand that there must be robberies or other important matters to attend. But 2 hours and still dont show, gonna write letter to chief of police and mayor regarding issue about police officers in the area. Recently many cars have been broken into and a elderly lady was mugged in broad daylight. I live in the part of LA known as Koreatown.

i'm not even going to start on CPD (chicago). this is why there are firearms in my house.

I think Philadelphia Pa. had the longest during a stabbing incedent a few years back....oh, and the rudest 911 operator to boot.
