surpra modem not working in 2k?

Don't know if this is hardware for modem or software for 2k?

I can not get a supra diamond modem to work in 2k! I tried it on my Iwill XP333 and it would not work at all neither the first one or the new one. I was able to use it in 98 on a biostar system but didn't need it there. Tried to install it on the kids Shuttle AK35 with win 2k and it does not work.

What is up?

Both supras did the same thing in two different systems runnng 2k. they don't make any dialtone or dialing sound and of course do not connect. Diagnostics show it to be working, and as always when something has a problem device manager says "this device is working properly" gee why do they even bother with that? I know it is NOT working properly because it does not dail out!!!! So why does windows try to tell me it is?

Looks like Supra is not making modems now and not offering any support or drivers I can find. Unless i was at a wrong site??
