are your speakers shielded?
Electronic interferance sucks, i lived bear a radio station once and my guitar amp, would receive the station!

This is generally caused by poor speaker shielding, although if the radio source is right next door and very powerful it can overwhelm anything.

Make sure your speaker connection is SECURELY plugged into the computer - spray some WD40 on it and insert and remove the plug into the jack on the computer several times to clean it.

If the audio cable between the speaker and computer has a plug on both ends (it's not permanently attached at the speaker end) then you can but a heavier cable at Radio Shack that should provide better shielding.

Failing that, you will probably need to shop for some better quality speakers with better shielding.

or you could find out where its comming from and call the FCC about it.
